Rug or Rich is a free on-chain forensics terminal for Solana that scores any wallet and any SPL token on a 0-100 scale. The wallet score reads 30 days of activity: realised PnL, fee burn, share of trades routed through MEV-sandwich detectors, exposure to known rug-pull tokens, and the mix of detected trading patterns. The token score reads structural risk: top-10 holder concentration, liquidity-to-market-cap ratio, LP burn or lock status, deployer track record, first-buyer hold rate, smart-money composition, organic-vs-bot volume mix, and contract security flags. Each token gets a 0-100 risk score from eight on-chain signal families: top-N holder concentration, liquidity vs market cap, LP burn or lock status, deployer track record, first-buyer hold rate, smart-money composition, organic-vs-bot volume mix, and security flags (honeypot, pausable, blacklist, balance-mutable, buy or sell tax). Categorical caps prevent additive blowout from correlated signals. Hard fails like honeypot or active blacklist clamp the score to 5 or below. Confidence under 30% caps the displayed score at 50.
